Storyteller: Sydney Bassard
Sydney Bassard, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist specializing in working with individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing and literacy. As the owner of The Listening SLP, a private practice and social media brand, she engages with professionals and parents on the topics of hearing loss and literacy. She actively researchs both areas of interest. Sydney is also a noted as a Distinguished Early Career Professional by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 2020 and an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Innovator in 2023.
