About the event
Storyteller: Sara Longstreet
Sara Longstreet is owner and founder of Carolina Scoops Ice Cream Shop in Downtown Pineville. She relocated from New York to North Carolina to attend UNC Wilmington. When she is not at the ice cream shop you can find her staying active in the local Pineville community and spending time with her two boys, Xia and Xavier. As a family they love listening to music, traveling to new places and attending local concerts and sporting events in Charlotte.
