Pasta Making Class

Join us at The Brass Bird for an intimate, hands-on pasta-making class with cookbook author Mandi Casey of Lowcountry Bella. Guests will learn to craft fresh fettuccine from scratch, paired with a classic pomodora sauce, while enjoying traditional focaccia and thoughtfully paired wine.
